Refund Policy

1. No Refund on Gameplay Transactions

All transactions made for gameplay, including but not limited to adding cash, entry fees for contests/tournaments, and any in-app purchases, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

2. Accidental or Duplicate Transactions

In the event of an accidental or duplicate transaction, users may contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof. If the request is found to be genuine, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method or added to the user’s Rummy Life wallet.

3. Technical Errors

If a transaction fails due to a technical error on our end but the amount is debited from the user’s account, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded or credited back to the user’s game wallet within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, once verified.

  • Payment made but services not rendered due to platform error.

  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, users must email us at support@rummylife.online with the following details:

  • Registered mobile number or user ID

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

Our support team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through the app or official website.
