All transactions made for gameplay, including but not limited to adding cash, entry fees for contests/tournaments, and any in-app purchases, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
In the event of an accidental or duplicate transaction, users may contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof. If the request is found to be genuine, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method or added to the user’s Rummy Life wallet.
If a transaction fails due to a technical error on our end but the amount is debited from the user’s account, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded or credited back to the user’s game wallet within 5–7 business days.
